2026 has been blessing us up with an overabundance of swarms that are in need of loving homes! Would you like to adopt one, or two?
These bees all have very special genetics and have survived without any chemicals or treatments for generations.
I’ve been busy sourcing additional hives and will be offering a limited number of these deliveries with bees in tow.
You can also select ‘swarm only’ option if you have your own empty hive that you would like filled.
Each option includes a 30 min land consultation call prior to swarm delivery to make sure everything is set up properly!
If you choose to participate in the swarm program you must agree to:
not use pesticides/herbicides
not use chemical/organic treatments for mites
no honey harvest the first year
allow them to swarm
if your bees swarm, please let Onyx know so she can continue to track these lineages and ensure the daughters go to a good home.
OPTION 1: SWARM ONLY
You have the hive, I bring the bees! $350 (including land consultation)
OPTION 2: SWARM W/ LOG HIVE
Swarm is delivered with a custom handmade log hive that is set up to be self sustaining. No management whatsoever is required. Simply let the bees be bees! No honey harvest from this unless the bees perish for whatever reason. Also includes land consultation for hive placement and other habitat considerations. $880
*Note: these log hives do not currently have the custom cone roofs - these can be added on later for an additional cost when they can be produced. They will be delivered with a black bin lid (see image).
OPTION 3: SWARM W/ WARRE HIVE
Swarm is delivered with a custom handmade warre hive. These hives will need some management throughout the years but are relatively hands off, but do allow for honey harvesting.
If you are new to beekeeping it is recommended to add-on at least the 3 month beekeeping coaching package (an additional cost) if you select this option as there are tasks that will need to be done throughout the year. Also includes land consultation for hive placement and other habitat considerations. $880 (plus an optional $888-$1600 if adding coaching)
